I looked into it and figured out that other typography pieces uploaded around that time are also missing that text, like You Laugh Because. by ~eugeniaclara.
Beggar: a person who begs alms or lives by begging...
Ok, a beggar can be dressed with multi-clothes of multi-colours so it's correct.
But it could be the same with the word Arlequin, the carnival character.
However it's a nice typo piece, I have featured it because it was not just curious but also nice.
